Responsibilities

  • Support start-up activities during project phase, including coordinating team support to train on equipment, develop technical proficiency, foster diverse and inclusive culture, and lead operational readiness
  • Lead the team operating product formulation, aseptic isolator barrier filling, and visual inspection operations once facility is operational
  • Develop inclusive culture and technical expertise of manufacturing team and employees
  • Ensure lines are adequately staffed with trained and qualified employees (direct supervision of line leaders and operators)
  • Lead by example with a Safety first, Quality Always mindset; maintain safe work environment, exemplify safe practices, and support HSE goals
  • Act as administrator and technical leader for operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality rules and procedures
  • Demonstrate knowledge of procedures, comply with quality systems, and teach proper techniques
