Responsibilities

Support start-up activities during project phase, including coordinating team support to train on equipment, develop technical proficiency, foster diverse and inclusive culture, and lead operational readiness
Lead the team operating product formulation, aseptic isolator barrier filling, and visual inspection operations once facility is operational
Develop inclusive culture and technical expertise of manufacturing team and employees
Ensure lines are adequately staffed with trained and qualified employees (direct supervision of line leaders and operators)
Lead by example with a Safety first, Quality Always mindset; maintain safe work environment, exemplify safe practices, and support HSE goals
Act as administrator and technical leader for operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality rules and procedures
Demonstrate knowledge of procedures, comply with quality systems, and teach proper techniques
