Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years’ experience OR Master’s degree in a relevant field with 3+ years’ experience (Engineering degrees in mechanical, electrical, and industrial preferred)
Understanding and implementing strategies to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste for maximizing productivity
Knowledge of lean principles to eliminate waste and improve process efficiency, contributing to cost savings and enhanced productivity
Ability to analyze production data to identify trends, forecast needs, and inform decision-making processes for better operational outcomes
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize production interruptions and ensure operational efficiency
Demonstrated strong leadership skills for motivating and guiding teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives performance and productivity
Previous experience in regulated industries (e.g., FDA, ISO) (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead the manufacturing engineering team to promptly resolve technical issues affecting production lines
Drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and minimize waste
Develop and execute action plans to support strategic business objectives
Ensure operational and financial goals are consistently achieved
Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to uphold high performance standards
Provide production line support and drive process implementation, continuous improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement
Ensure products meet quality standards, comply with safety protocols and regulatory requirements, and consistently achieve key performance indicators
