Requirements

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills to lead production teams
  • Ability to monitor, analyze, and report on production performance and KPIs (e.g., UPH, LAR, DPPM, absenteeism, cost, cycle time)
  • Knowledge of production planning, including daily build plans considering output rate, materials, and manpower
  • Skills in people management, including team development, motivation, performance management, and reducing absenteeism
  • Understanding of quality control, continuous improvement, WIP management, manpower optimization, and material usage to minimize waste
  • Familiarity with safety, compliance, EHS standards, QMS, ESD, HR procedures, IMS policy, risk assessments (JSA/HIRAC), and PPE enforcement
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with Engineering, Quality, IE, and Maintenance teams
  • Ability to communicate company policies, goals, and updates effectively

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise production teams to achieve goals in UPH, LAR, DPPM, absenteeism, cost, and cycle time, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Allocate work priorities and resources to meet production targets
  • Develop team skills, foster accountability, and align with company culture and values
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production issues and drive process improvements
  • Monitor, analyze, and report production performance and departmental KPIs; control WIP and output to meet schedules and quality standards
  • Optimize manpower utilization and manage material usage to maximize productivity and minimize waste/cost
  • Identify/escalate yield and quality issues; drive improvements in LAR and DPPM; lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supervise and develop team members for technical skills, discipline, and culture alignment; reduce absenteeism through engagement and performance management
  • Communicate company policies, production goals, and operational updates to subordinates
  • Maintain safe, compliant workplace; ensure adherence to EHS, QMS, ESD, HR procedures; conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
  • Work with Engineering, Quality, IE, and Maintenance on issue resolution and projects
  • Prepare production planning (daily build plans) and reports for safety/quality concerns, including anomalies in ethics/compliance
