Responsibilities

  • Supervises and advises CSS direct members ensuring consistently efficient CSS operations
  • Assists with the supervision of the whole CSS team when assigned as the manager on shift
  • Handles tickets, interactions, and escalations as needed
  • Assigns relevant tasks to any member of CSS and ensures completion in a timely manner
  • Coordinates with the CSS Seniors on identifying operational challenges as well as their remediation, including discussions of quality checks on tickets and tasks handled
  • Prepares and conducts the direct reports’ performance evaluations and reviews, including coaching, feedback, and develops, implements and maintains the performance evaluation tool
  • Promotes, assists with, and monitors the career development and growth of each direct report
  • Coordinates with the rest of the CSS Management members on various items including but not limited to, goals and objectives, performance strategy, special projects, performance calibration, routine reports, etc
  • Handles and completes projects and tasks assigned by the direct manager or peers
  • Coordinates with the rest of the APAC COE IT Management members and handles tasks and projects as needed or as assigned
  • Participates in activities and initiatives directed and led by the APAC COE IT Management members
