Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensure new employees are oriented to the organization, policies, facilities, etc
  • Ensure all work is completed according to established policies, procedures, and standards
  • Facilitate employee training and development
  • Manage individual and team scorecard per month
  • Monitor, assess, and provide feedback on employee performance
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees
  • Conduct performance appraisals regularly and participate in annual review process
  • Develop and implement PIP if performance is not adequate
  • Approve and monitor daily team attendance
  • Oversee and support staff activities for timeliness and accuracy
  • Support and drive employee engagement and corporate social responsibility initiatives
  • Regularly review employee needs
  • Help discuss, evaluate, and resolve personal and work issues among team members
  • Inform and monitor employees during crises or disasters and recommend solutions to manager
  • Submit regular operation performance status reports to local leadership
  • Generate monthly performance updates to BU stakeholders
  • Update all necessary reports for stakeholders ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Gain understanding of business to monitor work accuracy, develop people, improve processes, and drive results
  • Work in production to coach/mentor team and assist due to business needs (e.g., volume, staffing)
  • Develop and implement support plans for department operations to meet SLOs/metrics and manage day-to-day operations
  • Review, develop, and implement process improvements, departmental goals, and objectives
  • Conduct monthly operations reviews and execute action items
  • Manage multiple processes or work functions simultaneously
  • Monitor and manage team workload and assignments
  • Drive key initiatives for team process improvement and efficiency; partner with leadership on critical actions
  • Manage and facilitate corrective action process with manager
  • Support annual process audit activities
  • Support compliance with established operations standards
  • Complete other duties as assigned
