Responsibilities

Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement
Ensuring the team meets the productivity & quality
Conduct daily team huddles
Lead & develop individuals in the team through coaching and feedback
Ensure timely feedback is provided to the team
Required to create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
Conduct regular audits to improve performance
Monitor health of the business through regular scanning of open searches
Conduct documented one-on-one sessions on individual performance trends
Recommend process improvements
Conduct relevant trainings for the team members to drive team's performance
Support Operations Manager in day-to-day operations
