This is an on-site position in Greenville, NC with a 12-hour rotating day shift from 6AM to 6PM on a 2/2/3 schedule and occasional overtime required. Cleanroom and PPE requirements apply, and relocation assistance is not provided.

The role requires leadership in manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with cGMPs and regulatory standards, production oversight including schedules and workload distribution, performance management, employee development, and driving continuous improvement while spending at least 50% of time engaging with employees.
