  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance

Responsibilities

  • Inspect all areas in the bowl/premium levels to ensure cleanliness post events
  • Ensure employees have the right equipment and supplies to perform the job efficiently
  • Make sure employees are in uniform
  • Maintain expected sanitation and cleanliness levels via supervisors checklist
  • Maintain employee paperwork including attendance and evaluations
  • Review any issues with the evening manager before the post-event bowl cleaning
  • Support building services management and staff by distributing work assignments and inspecting all areas for cleanliness post events
  • Customarily and regularly direct the work of at least two or more employees
  • Understand Operating Principles and make them guidelines for job performance
  • Own the customer experience by putting customers first and providing seamless digital options
  • Be enthusiastic learners, users, and advocates of technology, products, and services
  • Win as a team by working together and being open to new ideas
  • Participate in the Net Promoter System through huddles, call backs, and feedback
  • Drive results and growth
