Candidates should be able to work in an environment with tight deadlines and adapt quickly to business needs, be bilingual in French and English, possess general computer skills (Office365), have basic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, and have warehouse experience, supervising and/or managing employees.
The Superviseur de Tri will demonstrate leadership by managing, motivating, and maximizing employee performance within a team of 15 to 20 sorters, be organized by planning the workflow and ensuring employee task understanding, ensure the onboarding of new sorters, set performance goals and deadlines aligned with organizational plans, multitask by preparing and organizing the sorting station, supervise all sorting activities and package progress, ensure the cleanliness of the work area and adherence to safe work methods, and monitor package progress per hour according to established objectives.
