Requirements

Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree (1st year) in a relevant field (engineering, marketing, IT, project management, business administration, or a related field)
Very structured approach to handling parallel tasks
Pro-active and able to prioritise when given diverse tasks
Interest in healthcare, diagnostics or medical technologies
Technology savviness and proficiency in MS office suite

Responsibilities

Improve global portfolio management in a collaborative, cross-functional team
Develop a strong understanding for and manage project resourcing and prioritization processes in a global leader in diagnostics
Follow up on project execution, resource availability, and stakeholder alignment to help accelerate project completion
Develop, implement, and maintain new tools for resource and project portfolio management
Coordinate internal communications and administrative tasks for resource allocation, including drafting emails, scheduling meetings, and following up with stakeholders
Maintain and update spreadsheets related to resource allocation and project tracking with accuracy and attention to detail
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure tools and materials are ready to support smooth team operations
Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the team’s strategic and operational goals
