Responsibilities

  • Improve global portfolio management in a collaborative, cross-functional team
  • Develop a strong understanding for and manage project resourcing and prioritization processes in a global leader in diagnostics
  • Follow up on project execution, resource availability, and stakeholder alignment to help accelerate project completion
  • Develop, implement, and maintain new tools for resource and project portfolio management
  • Coordinate internal communications and administrative tasks for resource allocation, including drafting emails, scheduling meetings, and following up with stakeholders
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets related to resource allocation and project tracking with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure tools and materials are ready to support smooth team operations
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the team’s strategic and operational goals
