The Structural Section Head will lead and mentor a team of structural engineers, assigning projects and monitoring performance to ensure efficiency and quality. They will supervise the design and analysis of structural systems, review and approve designs, and ensure timely project delivery. This role involves developing strategies for operational efficiency, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical guidance for complex challenges. Additionally, the Structural Section Head will build relationships with clients and stakeholders, manage budgets, oversee procurement, and coordinate with other departments for smooth project execution.
