Responsibilities

Drive Information Services Offering in East Europe
Coordinate development of new analytical/data products and status tracking
Manage development budget
Drive Offering Community calls
Drive innovation
Drive M&A activities in East Europe: Update target map, review acquisition targets, run quick assessments, execute due diligence, act as Integration Project Manager
Drive strategic initiatives/long term planning: Update long term initiatives (all business lines), lead defined strategic initiatives (e.g. Gen AI), support Marketing activities (e.g. speeches at events/white papers)
Support country and EMEA reporting: Shape country reviews, support budget planning, support EMEA reporting
Other tasks defined ad hoc
Manage strategic planning on short-, mid-, and long-term horizons
Oversee daily operations
Coordinate with business leaders throughout East Europe
Ensure effective execution of mergers and acquisitions, project delivery, and operational excellence goals
Supervise the rollout and implementation of strategic initiatives
Lead the offering strategy in East Europe
Ensure project leadership for critical initiatives in Russia and the CIS sub cluster
