Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive Change Management Plans, including objectives, key stakeholders, communication plans, and timelines
  • Manage stakeholders by identifying key stakeholders, their needs, strategies for engagement, addressing concerns, and collecting/using feedback
  • Develop and execute detailed communication plans, including messaging, channels, frequency, feedback mechanisms, and regular updates on status, metrics, milestones, issues, and adjustments
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and materials to ensure employees have necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes
  • Monitor and report on change impacts, including analysis of organizational effects, potential risks, and mitigation strategies; use tools and surveys to measure readiness for change
  • Identify, address, and mitigate resistance to change
  • Manage risks by identifying potential risks associated with changes and developing mitigation strategies
  • Develop knowledge management structures to embed and sustain changes long-term
  • Support cross-functional business leaders in Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Automate, and Engineering functions within the global Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team
