Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive Change Management Plans, including objectives, key stakeholders, communication plans, and timelines
Manage stakeholders by identifying key stakeholders, their needs, strategies for engagement, addressing concerns, and collecting/using feedback
Develop and execute detailed communication plans, including messaging, channels, frequency, feedback mechanisms, and regular updates on status, metrics, milestones, issues, and adjustments
Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and materials to ensure employees have necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes
Monitor and report on change impacts, including analysis of organizational effects, potential risks, and mitigation strategies; use tools and surveys to measure readiness for change
Identify, address, and mitigate resistance to change
Manage risks by identifying potential risks associated with changes and developing mitigation strategies
Develop knowledge management structures to embed and sustain changes long-term
Support cross-functional business leaders in Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Automate, and Engineering functions within the global Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team
