Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years directly supporting B2B SaaS Channel Partnerships or Alliance programs in an operational or field-facing capacity
  • Demonstrated experience executing partner programs and managing relationships that deliver measurable, sustained revenue growth
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce (or other CRM) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools is highly desirable
  • Previous SaaS or software experience, or familiarity with the construction industry market and technology, is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the partner lifecycle as the primary operational point of contact for a portfolio of assigned channel partners
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment by acting as the central hub to integrate partnership activities across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product
  • Support deal structuring by assisting in the negotiation and execution of partnership contracts and managing internal processes
  • Track and report on indirect revenue forecasts and related co-sell, resell, and implementation programs
  • Operationalize strategic planning by supporting the creation and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and preparing materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive alignment sessions
  • Enable the field directly by providing training to regional resources, troubleshooting partner-related issues, and supporting joint account mapping
