Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or above, be based in Hong Kong or able to accommodate Hong Kong working hours, demonstrate a strong interest in the blockchain/crypto industry with knowledge of DeFi being a plus, and have 5-7 years of work experience in a relevant industry such as management consulting, with experience managing teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is required, and familiarity with Tableau, SQL, and/or Python for data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Strategy Director will develop strategic plans that are data-driven and aligned with the company's goals across various crypto and fintech verticals, work effectively with internal teams and external partners to implement strategic initiatives, recommend product pricing and monitor P&L, perform data analysis to identify trends and gaps, assist with strategic partnerships and investments, manage or mentor junior team members, and embody a ‘founder’s mentality’ with strong ownership.
