Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or above, be based in Hong Kong or able to accommodate Hong Kong working hours, and have 5-7 years of relevant work experience, ideally from strategy consulting, demonstrating a strong interest in the blockchain/crypto industry with knowledge of DeFi being a plus. Furthermore, candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, and familiarity with Tableau, SQL, and/or Python for data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Strategy Director will develop strategic plans that are data-driven and aligned with the company's goals, working effectively with internal teams and external partners to implement strategic initiatives; they will recommend product pricing, monitor P&L, perform data analysis to identify trends and gaps, assist with strategic partnerships and investments, manage or mentor junior team members, and embody a ‘founder’s mentality’ with strong ownership.
