Candidates should possess 6+ years of successful client-facing consulting and/or strategy experience, 4+ years in a media-related role including media planning and/or buying experience, and 4+ years in an analytical role. Life Sciences experience is required, along with strong communication skills, the ability to write and speak clearly and with confidence, and demonstrated experience managing projects and working effectively across functions and with peers. A Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance is also necessary.
As a Strategy Director, the individual will be responsible for the adoption and commercial success of Crossix Analytics M&O products within key Emerging Biotech accounts, including developing go-to-market strategies, identifying and removing blockers to sales, and ensuring the success of early adopters. They will work closely with Account Partners as a market owner and subject matter expert, participate in mapping key targets and executing strategic account plans, and effectively communicate the value of specific Crossix products to customers. The role involves supporting delivery teams in best practice utilization of Crossix products, identifying barriers to adoption, and establishing a feedback loop to ensure products are positioned effectively and meeting customer expectations.
