Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or above, be based in Hong Kong or able to accommodate Hong Kong working hours, and demonstrate a strong interest in the blockchain/crypto industry with good knowledge of DeFi being a plus. Applicants should have 5-7 years of relevant work experience, ideally from strategy consulting, and experience managing teams is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, while familiarity with Tableau, SQL, and/or Python for data analysis is a plus.
Responsibilities
The Strategy Director will develop strategic plans that are data-driven and aligned with the company's goals, working effectively with internal teams and external partners to implement these initiatives. They will recommend product pricing, monitor P&L, perform data analysis to identify trends and gaps, assist with strategic partnerships and investments, and manage or mentor junior team members. The role also requires embodying a ‘founder’s mentality’ with strong ownership and adapting the pricing strategy as needed.
