Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or above, be based in Hong Kong or able to accommodate Hong Kong working hours, and demonstrate a strong interest in the blockchain/crypto industry with knowledge of DeFi being a plus. Applicants should have 5-7 years of relevant work experience, ideally from strategy consulting, and experience managing teams is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, and familiarity with Tableau, SQL, and/or Python for data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Strategy Director will develop strategic plans aligned with company goals, working effectively with internal teams and external partners to implement these initiatives. They will recommend product pricing strategies, perform data analysis to identify trends and gaps, assist with strategic partnerships and investments, and manage or mentor junior team members while embodying a ‘founder’s mentality’ with strong ownership.
