Requirements

  • Minimum 3-8 years of relevant experience in the health consulting domain
  • Educational Qualification: B. Tech/B.E. (Tier 1 preferred) + MBA (Tier 1/2 preferred)
  • Must Have Skills: Change Readiness Assessment – Identifying capability or skill gaps and recommending appropriate resource planning; Communication Planning – Driving communication effectiveness initiatives tailored to diverse stakeholder groups; Impact Assessment – Evaluating the effects of change on people, processes, technology, and policy; Training Development – Designing and delivering training programs (blended learning approaches) and building internal capability through “train-the-trainer” model
  • Good-to-Have Skills: Project Planning, Risk Management, Process Mapping, Stakeholder Analysis, KPI and Metrics Tracking, Issue and Escalation Management

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies to support digital and operational transformation programs
  • Conduct change readiness assessments to evaluate organizational preparedness, capability gaps, and stakeholder alignment
  • Design and execute change impact assessments, identifying effects on people, processes, policies, and technologies
  • Define change governance frameworks and escalation mechanisms for managing adoption risks
  • Create and deliver communication plans tailored to multiple stakeholder groups — including clinicians, payers, administrators, and public health officials
  • Develop stakeholder engagement maps, identifying influence, sponsorship levels, and engagement strategies
  • Support leadership in sponsor alignment, stakeholder buy-in, and change advocacy
  • Drive communication effectiveness initiatives to sustain momentum throughout the transformation lifecycle
  • Design and deliver training programs using blended learning methods (virtual, in-person, digital learning modules)
  • Develop “train-the-trainer” frameworks to scale change knowledge across client organizations
  • Measure and track training effectiveness, skill uplift, and capability maturity post-deployment
  • Monitor adoption levels and identify barriers to sustained behavioral and operational change
  • Define KPIs and metrics to track progress, adoption, and overall program impact
  • Support the transition from project implementation to business-as-usual (BAU) through ongoing enablement
  • Develop value realization frameworks linking change outcomes to strategic business goals
  • Apply change management methodologies to healthcare modernization initiatives such as digital front door, EHR implementations, patient experience transformation, use cases
  • Support AI adoption readiness through organizational, cultural, and policy alignment activities
  • Partner with domain and technology teams
