Responsibilities

  • Capture complex discussions and turn them into structured and executable frameworks: problem statements, hypotheses, decision trees, and recommendation memos
  • Codify repeatable playbooks for strategy development, market scans, and executive decision-making
  • Own the company decision log and ensure clear rationale, owners, and follow-ups
  • Help shape and refine commercial strategy
  • Run the weekly/quarterly operating cadence, ensuring inputs are tight and outputs are actionable
  • Maintain dashboards for company KPIs, strategic initiatives, and risk registers
  • Drive cross-functional project management on priority workstreams, escalating risks and unblocking decisions
  • Lead targeted market/competitive analyses; build TAM/SAM/SOM views and scenario models
  • Draft strategy briefs and exec-ready presentations with crisp narrative and evidence
  • Partner with executive leadership and functional heads to align on priorities and translate strategy into execution plans
  • Coordinate across policy, engineering, operations, and other teams in a highly regulated environment
