Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, and ideally have 3-5 years of experience in a strategy or consulting role. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to conduct market research and financial modeling are essential. Familiarity with the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
As a Strategy Associate/Senior Strategy Associate, you will assist the Strategy team in conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring key strategic initiatives aimed at driving commercial success, develop deep subject matter expertise in Crypto CEX trading, Loyalty Program Design, Crypto Payments, and other relevant domains, optimize pricing strategies, conduct market research and analysis, coordinate cross-functional projects, design product requirements, evaluate product KPIs, and drive strategic partnerships and investments, ultimately supporting the design and success of new features at a product level, aligning business priorities at a company level, and generating industry insights.
