Requirements

7+ years of experience in strategy and operations roles (e.g., consulting, finance, GM, Operations)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of commerce operations and process optimization
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
Exceptional leadership and team management skills

Responsibilities
