Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with 3-5 years of project leadership experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in project management and change management methodologies. Advanced PowerPoint skills are also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Strategy Advancement Advisor will lead initiatives to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources, bringing expertise or identifying subject matter experts to support multi-functional efforts. They will act as a liaison between the CliniOps organization, executive leadership, and stakeholders, develop executive-level reports and presentations, facilitate leadership meetings, and ensure that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Additionally, the Advisor will partner with the Director of Program Delivery for CliniOps to enable strategic initiatives, monitor industry trends, and provide leadership in cross-functional collaboration, performance management, and organizational alignment to enhance clinical operations within the Humana Medicaid landscape.
