  • No mandatory academic degree required – experience, competence, and negotiation skills are decisive
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in strategic purchasing – ideally in renewable energies, building technology, mechanical engineering, or comparable industries
  • High performance orientation, strong communication and assertiveness skills
  • Reliable and binding work style, as well as strong analytical and conceptual abilities
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze and negotiate complex contract documents in a structured manner
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and enthusiasm for strategically developing purchasing processes
  • Strong stakeholder management: ability to bring together different interests and find sustainable compromises that work for all parties

Responsibilities

  • Building a modern, strategically oriented purchasing department in a "Greenfield" environment
  • Category management: Developing purchasing strategies for suppliers/components in the trades GaLa, Elektro, and SHK, and implementing them effectively. Continuously monitoring the procurement market & trends and building contacts with (potential) new partners
  • Contract management: Negotiating framework agreements, acceptance agreements, quality and SLA agreements
  • Supplier management: Steering the identification, selection, development, and evaluation of high-performing suppliers
  • Process and cost optimization: Continuously analyzing and optimizing existing structures in close collaboration with product management, technical plant planning, or logistics
  • Digitalization and analytics: Building eProcurement, procurement, and analytics functions
  • Projects and innovation management: Identifying & addressing savings and innovation potentials, contributing to the development of a supplier evaluation system
