Responsibilities

Drive projects to design and implement best business practices, process improvements, and sourcing strategies
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors on quotes, purchases, and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate communication
Assist with vendor onboarding, contract preparation, payments, and staff reimbursements while maintaining accurate records
Participate in supplier selection, negotiations, and implementation of contracts to achieve cost-effective procurement and operational excellence
Contribute to supply chain setup and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product availability, lead time, and inventory turnover
