Responsibilities

  • Drive projects to design and implement best business practices, process improvements, and sourcing strategies
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors on quotes, purchases, and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Assist with vendor onboarding, contract preparation, payments, and staff reimbursements while maintaining accurate records
  • Participate in supplier selection, negotiations, and implementation of contracts to achieve cost-effective procurement and operational excellence
  • Contribute to supply chain setup and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product availability, lead time, and inventory turnover
