Requirements

  • Partnership management experience with revenue responsibility - owned commercial and/or broker partnerships, managed revenue targets, built pipeline, and generated revenue through partner channels
  • Benefits industry experience - extensive experience from benefits consultancies or benefits tech platforms
  • GTM campaign execution experience - designed and executed go-to-market campaigns with partners, driving qualified pipeline and measurable revenue outcomes
  • Commercial operator mindset - track metrics, manage deals, drive revenue outcomes; accountable for results, not just relationships; identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of strategic partners with focus on revenue generation - accountable for pipeline development, deal progression, and conversion
  • Drive joint account planning and lead quarterly business reviews - track performance, identify high-value opportunities, ensure alignment on success
  • Act as daily point of contact for strategic partner stakeholders, building trust and momentum
  • Execute GTM campaigns and joint marketing initiatives to generate qualified pipeline, coordinate executive engagement
  • Enable partners to sell Ben effectively - build playbooks, create collateral, deliver training on value proposition and competitive positioning, leverage benefits expertise
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partners have needed resources and partnership insights inform strategy
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within partner channel and translate into actionable pipeline
  • Build reporting infrastructure to track partner performance (pipeline value, deal velocity, conversion rates, revenue contribution) and demonstrate ROI to leadership
