Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from systems like Jira, project tracking tools, and related databases to surface trends and risks across portfolio and operational planning efforts
  • Identify, validate, and integrate new data sources that strengthen awareness of key business drivers
  • Collaborate with team members to improve dashboards and reporting tools for better access to resourcing, execution health, strategic alignment, and operational excellence
  • Condense intricate data into understandable, actionable conclusions for engineering, product, and program management teams
  • Lead projects using data insights to streamline operations through simplifying intake, improving resource tracking, and optimizing reporting
  • Recognize obstacles or inefficiencies in cross-functional processes and work together with colleagues to develop solutions
  • Help improve core planning and execution rhythms by contributing to systems, tools, and cadences that support long-term scale
  • Proactively look for ways to reduce overhead and improve transparency across the platform organization
