  • Ability to transform complex data into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technology & Data Platform, Finance, Product, Servicing, risk, compliance, audit)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of 15–20 data and analytics professionals
  • Drive business-wide understanding of high-quality data, data ownership, and insight-based decision-making at leadership level
  • Define and execute the strategic vision for insights and analytics aligned with business goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director and executive team on data-driven strategy
  • Serve as a key strategic stakeholder in data Lakehouse platform design and investment decisions
  • Own layers of the data platform enabling high-quality data analysis, insight generation, reporting, and dashboarding
  • Ensure availability of appropriate tools and data via self-service capabilities for technical and non-technical users
  • Deliver a simple, well-organised platform leveraging generative models for accessible insights
  • Lead data governance efforts in collaboration with risk, compliance, and audit partners
  • Develop cutting-edge platforms and frameworks powered by LLMs to uncover new insights and enable strategic thinking
  • Collaborate closely with data engineering team to guide effective data collection and transformation
  • Provide actionable insights to drive growth, enhance customer experience, and inform organisation-wide decision-making
