Requirements

  • 2-4 years of strategic finance or FP&A experience, preferably at usage-based B2B SaaS companies
  • Investment banking or private equity background strongly preferred
  • Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets modeling capabilities
  • Expertise in SaaS metrics and unit economics
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • SQL knowledge preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations
  • Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to partner across GTM, Engineering, Product, and Operations teams

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain a corporate financial model, which includes usage-based revenue forecasting
  • Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for new revenue verticals and strategic initiatives
  • Drive the internal financial planning and budgeting process
  • Collaborate with company leads on annual and quarterly budget cycles
  • Review and analyze monthly financial performance and surface key insights
  • Lead cross-functional alignment on financial targets and resource allocation
  • Conduct in-depth pricing analysis and develop pricing recommendations
  • Analyze customer usage patterns and monetization opportunities
  • Model pricing impact on unit economics and customer behavior
  • Own and maintain key analysis (CAC, LTV, ARR, churn, etc.)
  • Develop industry-specific analytics relevant to tax compliance technology
  • Partner with GTM Operations on go-to-market analytics
