Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, strategic finance, or a related field, ideally with high-growth B2B or B2C SaaS businesses with a product-led growth (PLG) / self serve motion
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to build, scale, and interpret models that drive decision-making
  • Solid understanding of self-serve and PLG business models, including customer acquisition funnels, expansion levers, retention, and customer cohorts
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, concise insights

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and improve financial models to forecast self serve ARR
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Data to assess the impact of marketing campaigns, pricing & packaging changes, product launches, and macro trends
  • Perform ad-hoc strategic analyses to uncover opportunities to drive acquisition, expansion, retention, and monetization
  • Set targets, track, and report on key self-serve KPIs, driving accountability and aligning initiatives with company financial and strategic goals
  • Take part in our annual planning process through topline target setting
