Requirements

  • Strong track record of customer success experience in B2B SaaS (at least five years), supporting implementation and adoption of complex technologies through the customer journey
  • Comfortable managing a book of ~20 strategic customers, exceeding $2m in total ARR
  • Experience multi-threading and developing relationships across a broad set of stakeholders while supporting existing teams to drive adoption and retention
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
  • Ability to become a product and industry expert, tailoring configuration, driving product adoption, and crafting training to create ‘Ah ha!’ moments and achieve customer business outcomes
  • Experience with technically complex products and strong curiosity to explore details
  • Communicate with precision and clarity, explaining complex topics simply and confidently
  • Listener first, seeking to understand customer needs and advocating internally for enterprise use cases
  • Thrive in complexity, energized by learning deep, highly configurable products and translating knowledge into creative solutions
  • Excited to shape a new segment, iterating on playbooks, learning what works, and creating repeatable processes
  • Detail-oriented, sending crisp follow-up emails on time, maintaining real-time CRM updates, and taking pride in internal operations

  • Guide Ashby's biggest customers in the Americas, focusing on improved product adoption and increased customer health
  • Shape customer service for high-growth organizations to public companies in the Enterprise Segment
  • Become a product and domain expert to enable customers to optimize Ashby for hiring excellence
  • Manage implementation, adoption, and customer journey for strategic accounts
  • Multi-thread relationships across customer stakeholders and support their teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations)
  • Tailor configurations, drive adoption, create training, and deliver solutions for customer challenges
  • Listen to customer needs, advocate internally, and contribute to product evolution for enterprise cases
  • Iterate on playbooks and processes for the Strategic customer motion
  • Use data to improve customer success outcomes and operations
