Responsibilities

The Strategic Customer Care Specialist will manage customer orders to achieve fill rate, invoice accuracy, and on-time delivery targets, proactively notifying customers and brokers of shortages and order changes. They will assist customers and brokers with inquiries regarding product availability and specifications, collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and fines, and serve as a trusted advisor to assigned customers, documenting their expectations and maintaining accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS).
