Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in channel sales, demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement at high growth startups, and experience in a consultative sales approach with a primary goal of maintaining exceptionally high levels of customer, partner, and community satisfaction. Proven experience developing a high-performing Channels strategy and experience selling SaaS and/or open source technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Channel Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and evolving all aspects of Grafana Labs’ partner go-to-market strategy in the Benelux and Nordics region, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and leadership teams to align sales and go-to-market efforts. Key tasks include owning partner opportunity identification and deal acceleration activities, leading partner identification and development efforts, establishing strong executive relationships, working across Grafana Labs to provide input on message alignment, and managing pipeline and revenue commitments.
