Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own SA&I revenue and cost OP for Poland, driving long-term profitable growth
  • Develop sales plans and strategies with Eastern Europe Commercial Leader and Practice Area leaders
  • Manage sales team pipeline and assist in closing deals through strategic intervention
  • Set quarterly and annual sales quotas for the sales team
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and commitment
  • Own client-level annual operational planning inputs
  • Create sales reports and provide feedback to local MD and regional SA&I leadership
  • Drive sales with long-term perspective while generating short-term results
  • Ensure team scopes projects responsibly per profitability guidelines with Customer Success input
  • Partner with Eastern Europe Commercial Leader, Practice Area leaders, and Customer Success for aligned goals
  • Implement annual pricing increases and influence price-setting for new services
  • Advise sales team on RFPs and support client discussions
  • Ensure NIQ fund usage and drive internal NIQ relationships with local MD
  • Liaise with NIQ Account Development on joint planning and product pushes
  • Lead and organize client activities and events
  • Maintain and develop commercial relationships with clients
  • Monitor market, competitors, and customer activity to anticipate prospecting needs
  • Establish and maintain senior-level key prospect/client relationships
  • Provide input for product development based on client feedback, RFPs, competition, and trends
  • Recruit and hire sales staff
  • Motivate sales teams to achieve goals
  • Work with training team to develop sales training content and protocols
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, including CRM tracking
  • Meet KPIs: profitable revenue growth, revenue targets, margin expansion, sales conversion rate, reduced sales cycle time, increased RFP participation and win rate, maintaining senior client relationships
