Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in partner management, with a proven track record of building B2B partnerships that drive substantial revenue growth. Experience in designing and implementing partner programs, processes, and systems from the ground up is essential. A background working with digital agencies, system integrators, or technology consultancies, along with experience in partner marketing, co-selling motions, and SaaS or developer tools, is required. Strong relationship-building, communication, and influence skills are necessary, as is experience with CRM systems, partner management tools, and partnership analytics. An entrepreneurial mindset, results-orientation, collaborative approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology are also key.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Agency Partner Manager will drive revenue through deep relationships with strategic agency partners, building trust and identifying growth opportunities. They will execute on the strategic agency partnership roadmap, developing business plans with clear success metrics to drive measurable revenue growth and manage high-potential partners. This role involves aligning cross-functional strategy with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partner strategies drive company objectives, including joint campaigns, events, deal registration, and product feedback loops.
