Responsibilities

  • Administer and lead activities and obligations associated with contract execution, including decomposing requirements, executing deliverables, tracking performance, and ensuring full contractual performance for both BETA and customer
  • Scope the range of activation support needed for commercial aircraft customers and generate a framework for tailored application, including overall scope, schedule, resources, and integration needs
  • Collaborate with Activation support functions and Entry Into Service teams to pre-plan, develop, and maintain the project schedule through aircraft delivery and into initial and sustained operations
  • Distribute and maintain good order of all contracts and documents, including original agreements, attachments, correspondences, presentations, changes/deviations, amendments, payment schedules, and contractual notices
  • Maintain and document all pertinent customer and order details in the CRM and ERP, including Sales Order, configuration and options data, and change orders
  • Serve as the customer liaison for all technical and non-technical items within BETA
  • Manage revenue in-flow, including monitoring build milestones, invoicing pre-delivery/progress payments, and payment balance through transfer of title in accordance with contractual agreements
  • Quarterback the cross-BETA account team, lead account scrums, prepare contractual briefs and summaries, provide contextual and data-driven insights, and navigate escalations with BETA executive sponsors as necessary
  • Manage executive business reviews with the customer, lead regularly scheduled customer meetings and visits (on-site or off-site), and maintain long-term customer relationships
