Requirements

  • Vloeiend Nederlands (basis Engels is een plus) – Essentieel voor effectieve klantcommunicatie en samenwerking binnen het team

Responsibilities

  • Leid met energie en focus – Stuur verkoop aan, motiveer je team en creëer een positieve sfeer in de winkel
  • Werven, inwerken en trainen – Bouw aan een vakkundig en zelfverzekerd team met sterke optische kennis en klantgerichte service
  • Werk resultaatgericht – Houd KPI’s bij en leid het team naar het behalen van verkoop- en servicetargets, in nauwe samenwerking met HQ
  • Beheer dagelijkse werkzaamheden – Maak roosters, houd voorraad bij en zorg voor efficiënte processen
  • Bied service die opvalt – Begeleid klanten met aandacht en expertise door het hele oogtesttraject
  • Zet je optische skills in – Help klanten bij het kiezen van de juiste glazen en monturen, stel brillen nauwkeurig af en slijp glazen op maat
