Requirements

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree. Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor is beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Store Manager In Training will communicate effectively verbally and in writing to support and lead the team, perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service, execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth, manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability, actively engage with leadership in Key Learning Experiences, support the store as a management team member and lead in accordance with CVS values and policies, engage colleagues to support the company’s purpose of “helping people on their path to better health,” and be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
