Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preferred four-year college degree or relevant work experience, and should have retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
The Store Manager In Training will actively engage with their leader in Key Learning Experiences to support their path to promotion, support their store as a management team member and lead in accordance with CVS values and policies, engage colleagues in support of the company’s purpose, and be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market. They will also execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth, perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service, manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability, and work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
