Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members (required)
  • Excellent communication skills (required)
  • Retail management experience (preferred)
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height (required)
  • Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting (required)
  • Willingness to provide detailed background information for specialized licenses to sell alcohol and/or tobacco products (may be required; failure to comply/qualify can lead to demotion or separation)

  • Follow any other instructions and perform any other related duties as required by supervisor
