High school diploma or equivalent
Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
Use basic math accurately (add, subtract, multiply, divide with whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends
Predominantly walking or standing; talk and hear; use hands/fingers to handle/feel; reach with hands/arms; climb/balance; stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl
Frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds with assistance
Specific vision: close, distance, color, depth perception, adjust focus
Safe driving and navigation ability
Ability to use delivery board system
Operating inventory systems (back stock) and store equipment
Automotive parts experience preferred

Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers
Pick up returns and cores
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
Daily collection of credit accounts
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP with insights from deliveries
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value
Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot)
General stocking (truck stocking, back stock, cycle counts)
Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales
Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts/services
Other duties as assigned
