Requirements

Candidates must be at least 16 years of age, possess the ability to remain upright on their feet for sustained periods, and be able to lift and exert up to 35 pounds occasionally, up to 10 pounds frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly. Visual acuity is required for activities such as viewing a computer terminal and reading, and previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Retail Store Associate will provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues, focusing on the customer through greetings and assistance, accurately performing cashier duties, maintaining the sales floor by restocking and updating information, supporting opening and closing activities, providing customer support to various departments, assisting pharmacy personnel, and embracing new CVS services and loyalty programs. They will also work regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development.
