Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Scheduling availability: Sunday between 10AM and 6PM (every other weekend), Monday-Friday between 9AM and 9PM, Saturday between 10AM and 6PM (every other weekend)
Physical ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
Physical ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly, including overhead lifting
Visual acuity for close work such as viewing computer terminals, reading, and inspecting small parts/details
High School diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues
Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and offer help locating items
Perform cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions while following policies
Maintain sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks
Support store opening and closing activities
Provide customer support to all departments (e.g., photo, beauty), ensuring they are stocked and operational with updated services
Assist pharmacy personnel, including working regular shifts in pharmacy for growth opportunities
Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
