Requirements
Candidates must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid Driver’s License preferred, and have proof of insurance. They should have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and demonstrate a desire to continually develop retail sales skills and knowledge of product and services. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with one year of experience as a store associate or customer service representative and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Store Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them of BRS products and services, driving sales in all departments, replenishing and maintaining inventory, performing cashier functions, adhering to minor policies, operating scanners and cash registers, accepting payments, ensuring accuracy, processing refunds and exchanges, balancing register drawers, bagging purchases, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting in promotions and events, observing BRS vehicle policies, maintaining all safety standards for deliveries, following delivery routes and schedules, informing managers of vehicle problems, and handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
