Requirements

  • Student in 4th or 5th year of studies at a Technical University (Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or Production, or related fields) or graduated within the last 12 months
  • Communication skills in English and Polish, both written and spoken
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills
  • Good problem-solving ability, systems approach, process orientation, analytical thinking, initiative, and flexibility
  • Open and motivated to acquire new knowledge as an engineer and manager
  • Professional level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
