Requirements

The candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field, and have at least 2 years of working experience in a related field. Preferably, the candidate should have a Senior Executive specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.

Responsibilities

The Station Head will track and deliver shipments from pickup to delivery, manage staff, handle cash on delivery, work closely with customer service, fulfill customer requests, control inventory, ensure shipments are not missing or damaged, and perform any other tasks instructed by superiors. They will also conform to the ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and Halal Assurance System, and participate in QMS, OHS, and GDPMD related programmes.
