Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Minimum of 16 hours of availability per week, supporting business needs including nights, weekends, holidays (required shifts: Black Friday, Dec 24th, Dec 26th, and peak weekend days through holiday season)
Ability to bend, reach, stretch for product, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
Regularly stand and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers
Experience in retail, sales, or the service industry (preferred)
Passion for helping others and being part of a team
Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Exceptional communication skills and comfort receiving feedback
Ambition to learn and grow from others
Fan of Everlane, its product, and values (preferred)

Responsibilities

Use curiosity to gain strong customer understanding and deliver customer-centric solutions that exceed expectations
