Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and distribution of invoices
Support the collections process by following up with clients, responding to their billing questions, and documenting communications as necessary
Maintain and update client records in the billing system
Assist in identifying and resolving billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams (Revenue Operations, Sales)
Assist in applying payments by matching payments to outstanding invoices
Support the finance team by performing analyses and responding to ad-hoc requests as needed
