Responsibilities

Beantwoorden van klantvragen, telefonisch en via e-mail, met betrekking tot zakelijke abonnementen
Afhandelen van eenvoudige verzoeken, zoals wijzigingen in abonnementen en factuurvragen
Invoeren van nieuwe abonnementen en verlengingen in het systeem
Controleren en bijwerken van klantinformatie in de database
Behandelen van opzeggingen en ondersteunen bij het opstellen van offertes
Telefonisch contact opnemen met klanten, bijvoorbeeld voor de opvolging van offertes
